About Us

Global Campus at FayettevilleThe Global Campus is your portal to online, distance and professional education programs and courses provided by the University of Arkansas. Experienced staff members collaborate with the university’s academic colleges and schools and other academic units to develop and facilitate quality, cutting-edge courses and programs to help you build your future.

Students can reach their academic goals by choosing from online academic graduate and undergraduate degree programs, degree-completion programs, certification and licensure programs, online courses and web-based correspondence courses.

Professionals can select classes and workshops – some of which are online – to build on current expertise and to gain or maintain certifications.

Today’s technology allows students to experience the University of Arkansas through dynamic and novel digital environments that maintain the rigorous, robust academic standards expected from the state’s flagship institution.

The University of Arkansas announced in February 2012 that the campus would place a greater emphasis on distance, online and continuing education and related services. This resulted in an administrative realignment of the Global Campus, beginning July 1, 2012. Javier A. Reyes, now the Vice Provost for Distance Education, leads the Global Campus in fulfilling the university’s mandate.
