A: No, the university currently does not offer any fully online bachelor’s degree programs. However, we have two online degree-completion programs, a Bachelor of Science in Education in Human Resource Development and a Registered Nurse to Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Q: How do I apply for admission to a distance education degree program?
A: All degree programs administered through the Global Campus require formal admission through the UA Office of Admissions (for undergraduates), the Office of Graduate and International Admissions, or the Walton College Graduate School of Business. The Global Campus helps to facilitate the design and delivery of distance education programs, but all admission decisions are made by the admissions offices and the academic programs.

Q: How do I register for classes?
A:Students register for classes using ISIS, the UA student information system (isis.uark.edu). Go to your online “Student Center” to find when your enrollment period begins.

Q: How do I set up my UARK e-mail account?
A: Go to http://passweb.uark.edu to set up your UARK e-mail account. You will need your UA student ID number, which was assigned when you were admitted. Questions about e-mail accounts should be directed to the University Information Technology Services Help Desk at 479.575.2905.

Q: How do I view my grades?
A: Grades are available by logging in to ISIS, the UA student information system (http://isis.uark.edu). Go to your online “Student Center” and select “Grades” from the drop-down box in the “Academics” section.

Q: How do I view my charges and pay my bill?
A: A list of charges due is available on ISIS, the UA student information system (http://isis.uark.edu) in the “Finances” section of your online “Student Center.” Payments may be made online. Q: What is Blackboard?
A: Blackboard is a course management system that is used for most UA online courses. The URL is https://learn.uark.edu.

Q: How do I obtain an official copy of my transcript?
A: Official copies of transcripts must be requested through the Office of the Registrar. Information is available at http://www.uark.edu/registrar/ or by calling 479.575.5451.

Q: The class I need is full. Can Global Campus authorize an override for me into a full online class?
A: No, the Global Campus cannot grant permission for an override into a full class. Contact the instructor of record for the academic department that is offering the course to inquire about possible overrides.
