ARE YOU READY? The good news is that there are proactive steps you can take to minimize your risks. The steps include determining who is classified as a supervisor under the law, training your supervisors on what actions do or do not violate the law, and creating a company culture that helps protect against unwanted challenges. CGWG attorneys will discuss the changes employers can expect from the NLRB and help you develop a comprehensive plan for success, including empowering your supervisors to exercise their existing rights under the law.
